Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator for a remote contract role. You will partner with project managers to streamline workflows, coordinate briefs, track timelines, and oversee approvals across multiple marketing channels.

This role emphasizes proactive scheduling, asset organization, and collaboration with Creative, Marketing, Channel, and Agency teams. Prior AI/automation interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, or marketing operations.
• Experience maintaining project trackers, schedules, status documents, or other project management materials.
• Familiarity with project management software (Airtable preferred).
• Experience working with Creative, Marketing, or Agency teams.
• Familiarity with digital advertising channels (paid social, programmatic).
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Creative Project Managers in coordinating a high volume of creative projects across multiple marketing channels.
• Assist with project intake, creative brief coordination, project setup, and ongoing tracking throughout the creative lifecycle.
• Maintain project timelines, task assignments, status updates, and deliverable trackers to help keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate creative reviews, feedback collection, revisions, and approval processes.
• Track project milestones and proactively flag potential delays, missing information, or dependencies to Project Managers.
• Help ensure creative assets and deliverables are organized, properly documented, and routed to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day coordination between Creative, Marketing, Channel, and Agency partners.
