Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in full-time academic program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field.
• Interest in workflow and creative operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews.
• Contribute to reviewing team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in process documentation across creative brief templates.
• Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos.
• Help manage and create efficiencies for creative team and other users within workflows in our project management tool.
