Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Burlington, MA is offering a Winter 2027 Creative Operations Co-op that supports the Creative Team with project coordination, workflow management, and admin tasks to enable high-quality assets.

You'll gain exposure to creative project management and cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, growth marketing and email teams. This program targets students in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related fields who want hands-on experience with project

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program expected to graduate Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Interested in workflow and creative operations with strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews.
• Contribute to reviewing team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in process documentation across creative brief templates.
• Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos.
• Help manage and create efficiencies for creative team and other users within workflows in our project management tool.
