Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a hands-on Influencer & Social Commerce Manager to grow our consumer products through creators, affiliates, and social channels across TikTok, Amazon, Meta, and DTC.

You will manage influencer outreach, content coordination, and campaign tracking, strengthening relationships with creators who align with our products and target customers. Remote from LatAm or worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on influencer, creator, affiliate, or social commerce experience.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and creator-led ecommerce.
• Experience with Amazon influencers or affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with Levanta is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Meta, DTC, and social commerce strategies.
• Confident managing creator outreach and ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, and affiliates.
• Build and scale creator campaigns across TikTok, Amazon, Meta, and DTC channels.
• Manage Amazon affiliate and creator partnerships through Levanta.
• Coordinate product seeding, creator outreach, briefs, content, and campaign timelines.
• Build relationships with creators who align with our products and target customers.
• Negotiate partnerships, commissions, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Support TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives.
• Repurpose strong creator content across social, DTC, and paid advertising.
• Track clicks, conversions, sales, ROAS, affiliate revenue, and creator performance.
• Identify winning creators and content-and scale what works.
