The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week at our Renton, Washington office, with strong emphasis on planning, risk management, and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative production, tabletop publishing, games, or related field.
• 2+ years managing creative professionals or project teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional creative projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong operational instincts: document processes and repeatable workflows.
• Experience with freelancers, vendors, budgets, schedules, and playtesting coordination.
• Excellent communication for turning ambiguous goals into clear plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative teams, support performance and career growth.
• Own task tracking for products, balancing capacity, budgets, timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn goals into clear deliverables.
• Run stand-ups, track risks, document decisions, and clarify next steps.
