Job summary

Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Creative Lead for the Digital Ventures team in Renton, WA. You will drive the creative vision for multiple IP-based games, coordinating with external developers and internal teams across design, narrative, UX, art and audio.

The role requires leadership, industry insight, and the ability to balance incubation with execution. You’ll guide strategy, manage partnerships across time zones, and work toward high-quality, authentic game experiences rooted in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of director-level creative leadership working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
• Hands-on design, narrative, or art skills to contribute when needed.
• Ability to manage projects across studios, cultures, time zones, and matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the creative vision for each game from concept to launch.
• Lead and manage projects through multidisciplinary partner teams across design, narrative, UX, art and audio.
• Advocate for quality by setting world-class standards for each project.
• Incubate and prototype new play experiences with our IP and champion them internally.
• Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from (guidelines, bibles).
• Help develop strategy for Wizards IP in games, including opportunities and partnerships.
