You'll maintain food safety records, assist with inventory, and collaborate with the Chef Manager to improve efficiency while upholding Civitas standards of hygiene and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records.
• Notify Chef of inventory needs and participate in kitchen operations.
• Uphold hygiene and Civitas standards in personal grooming and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in organizing the kitchen, storage, dish room and related areas.
• Ensure FIFO and proper dating for optimum freshness.
• Assist Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency and staff training.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
