• Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards.
• Showcase plating and presentation flair for appealing dishes.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records.
• Adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control.
• Notify Chef of inventory needs and participate in kitchen operations.
• Uphold Civitas standards in personal grooming and kitchen hygiene.
• Assist in organizing kitchen, food storage, dish room, and culinary areas.
• Ensure a first-in, first-out rotation and proper dating for freshness.
