Job summary

Civitas Senior Living in Missouri City, TX is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare meals from established recipes, showcase plating skills, and contribute to high-quality, resident-centered dining experiences.

You'll maintain food safety records, assist with inventory, and collaborate with the Chef Manager to improve efficiency while upholding Civitas standards of hygiene and service.

• Assist in organizing the kitchen, storage, dish room and related areas.
• Ensure FIFO and proper dating for optimum freshness.
• Assist Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency and staff training.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
