Qualifications

• 1–2 years culinary experience in a scratch kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and ability to work multiple stations (sauté, grill, etc.).

• A positive attitude and openness to creativity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes with precision and consistency.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards, while contributing creative ideas.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Chop, butcher, sauté, grill, and execute menu items with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with the team to keep service smooth during high-volume shifts.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings.
