Job summary

Beast Industries is expanding its Creative Lead X role to own our presence on X and Threads, reporting to the Head of Social Content. You will collaborate with video, editorial, and talent teams to grow one of the world’s most-followed accounts and shape real-time brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of social media leadership, with a proven track record of 1M+ follower accounts, a keen eye for short-form copy, and the ability to guide editors through rapid content cycles

Qualifications

• 4–8 years managing social media, with X/Twitter as primary platform.
• Named owner of a large account (1M+ followers) for 2+ years.
• Experience with real-time coverage for premieres, launches or game days.
• Ability to brief editors and produce clip-ready content.

Responsibilities

• Own the publishing calendar end to end: write, package, and ship daily posts for premieres, drops, and announcements.
• Watch videos, select clips, and brief editors on cutdowns and captions.
• Adapt content for Threads and its distinct audience.
• Run real-time engagement: replies, community interaction, and trend moments.
• Grow reach beyond our accounts through the creator and community ecosystem.
• Craft branded content that performs like organic posts.
• Coordinate with talent, brand, and comms to stay on voice and brand.
• Work with YouTube/TikTok/Instagram teams to sync major launches.
• Monitor sentiment and amplify positives while flagging issues.
• Track performance daily and translate data into actionable insights.
