Job summary

iNexxus is seeking a Social Media Lead to own the feed end-to-end, shaping strategy, calendar, hooks, edits and community management. You will set the standards for what gets shipped and lead the team that produces it.

You will oversee strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and LinkedIn, manage the content calendar, and guide creators, editors and community managers. You’ll track performance and reallocate effort weekly, advising clients on positioning and cultural timing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social, including time leading a team or a major account.
• Proof of accounts you grew, with numbers.
• Culture-fluent and trend-literate without being trend-dependent.
• Strong editorial judgement and copywriting.
• Calm under live-event and crisis conditions.
