You will set vision, manage cross-disciplinary teams, incubate new play experiences, and translate franchise direction into actionable materials. The role requires 5+ years in director-level creative leadership and deep IP fluency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of director-level creative leadership working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
• Hands-on design, narrative or art skills to contribute when needed.
• Proven ability to manage projects with external developers and diverse studios.
• Strong judgment on authenticity and quality with clear articulation to partners.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the creative vision for each game, grounded in beloved brands, from concept through launch.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary partner teams across design, narrative, UX, art and audio with clear feedback.
• Advocate for quality by establishing world-class standards and creative intent.
• Incubate and prototype new play experiences with Wizards IP and champion internally.
• Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from, including guides and guardrails.
• Shape strategy for Wizards IP in games, choosing opportunities and partners, with evaluation frameworks.
