We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Digital Ventures team, reporting to the Head of Franchise Development. You’ll guide the creative direction of a slate of video games based on Wizards IP, built with external developers across mobile and PC/console. The role covers a range of creative and management skills: strategy development, project leadership through external partners, incubation and prototyping.
Because this work spans several projects at once, it depends on relationships: earning the trust of partner studios and Wizards teams and leading with integrity on both sides. You’ll bring a clear point of view on the IP and the quality bar and share it in a way partners can build on.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office, with occasional travel.
