Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, including independent ownership of complex licensing projects.
• Experience in interactive entertainment, technology licensing, or IP transactions.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate outbound licenses for digital games, co-development, work-for-hire, and publishing.
• Advise studio leadership on product development, monetization, and consumer protection.
• Lead and develop a small legal team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
