Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Creative Lead for our Digital Ventures team in Renton, WA. You’ll guide the creative direction of multiple games based on Wizards IP, coordinating with external developers across mobile and PC/console.

You’ll own strategy, incubate new ideas, ensure quality, and translate franchise direction into actionable materials for partners. A track record leading cross‑studio teams and strong IP instincts are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of director-level creative leadership in mobile or PC/console projects.
• Experience managing external partners and multi-studio collaboration.
• Ability to translate IP direction into game concepts and guide partners.
• Strong understanding of trends, tech, and IP quality standards.
• Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering or D&D is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain the creative vision for each game across studios.
• Lead projects with multidisciplinary partner teams and provide feedback.
• Advocate for high-quality creative outcomes and clear intent.
• Incubate new play experiences and prototype IP concepts.
• Translate franchise direction into actionable materials for partners.
• Help shape Wizards IP strategy in games and partner selection.
