Hasbro, Inc. is seeking a Creative Lead for Dungeons & Dragons Universes Beyond in Renton, WA. This hybrid role combines creative direction with strategic collaboration to shape story, tone, and worldbuilding foundations for new experiences.

You will manage freelancers and work closely with product strategy, franchise partners, and experts to guide teams from concept to publication, ensuring engaging, cohesive narratives across IPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative development, narrative design, worldbuilding, publishing, games, or entertainment/franchise storytelling.
• Track record turning early concepts into pitches, franchise bibles, or editorial guidelines.
• Ability to translate source material or brand guidance into clear, actionable direction.
• Experience managing freelancers or external creative partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product strategy on early concept exploration and topline ideas for new D&D collaboration experiences.
• Develop mockups, pitches, tone references, and narrative north stars aligned across teams.
• Turn high-level ideas into actionable direction through kickoff materials and brand guidelines.
• Source and manage freelance writers, lore/IP experts, and other external creative talent.
