Job summary

Glitch Productions is seeking a 3D Lighting Supervisor to define, maintain, and elevate the lighting style across our animated productions. You will lead the lighting team, ensure consistency and high visual quality, and collaborate with Story, Design, Layout, Unreal/FX, and other departments to push visuals to the next level.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Expertise in 3D lighting, colour, and post production workflows
• Experience guiding teams through complex 3D pipelines (Maya, Unreal Engine)

Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Establish and maintain lighting style, tone, and visual quality; deliver draw-overs, notes, and examples to lighting artists.
• Team Direction Collaboration: Provide clear direction on lighting, mood, composition, readability; mentor a team of lighting artists and collaborate with departments.
• Quality Control: Review lighting assignments, ensure adherence to visual language and technical standards; provide references and notes to improve mood, readability, and continuity.
