Clark Construction Group is seeking an energetic Communications Coordinator to craft compelling content for internal and external audiences. The role supports brand storytelling across print, digital, and events, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will refine messages, manage projects, and ensure visuals align with Clark's standards while contributing to digital platforms and the intranet initiative. A creative mindset and strong writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in communications or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading with strong English grammar.
• Strong visual design sense and ability to apply brand standards.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Interest in the A/E/C industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content.
• Develop corporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Prepare internal announcements and company newsletters.
• Submit awards and manage Clark's print magazine Superstructure.
• Manage digital communications across the website, intranet, and social media.
• Ensure brand standards across visuals and copy.
• Organize and execute company events with RSVP management.
• Collaborate across departments to run intranet and train staff.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead content strategies advancing Clark's brand and business goals.
