Phoebe is hiring a growth-minded creator and paid social lead in NYC. You will own creative strategy and production across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube, building a pipeline of creators and clipping content for direct response campaigns.

You should move fast, test relentlessly, and stay ahead of platform changes. This role offers equity and a seat in a small team shaping a fast-growing healthcare talent marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid social campaigns with measurable results.
• Proven ability to design direct-response creative and test ideas quickly.
• Familiarity with creator-driven content and UGC workflows.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and write copy when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and production for paid and organic social across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube
• Generate high volumes of creative and test relentlessly
• Build and manage a pipeline of creators, clippers, and freelancers
• Study trends in DTC, creator economy, and direct response and apply to healthcare
• Launch and scale campaigns targeting nurses and caregivers for our talent agent product
• Track performance obsessively and iterate based on conversions
• Stay ahead of platform changes and formats before they're obvious
