Job summary

Lovable in London is seeking a growth-minded marketer to own the creative loop end to end. You’ll design workflows that produce hundreds of assets monthly, evaluate what to amplify, and ensure the output preserves the distinctive Lovable taste.

You’ll use AI-enabled processes to accelerate testing, iterate quickly, and push learnings across the company to improve ads, site experiences, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume creative testing for performance marketing.
• Daily use of AI tools to build, test, and optimize workflows and assets.
• Ability to articulate what makes an ad work and how to improve it.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative operating system for performance marketing, including intake, briefing, production, QA, launch and post-mortem.
• Judge which creatives to scale or prune and ensure quality looks Lovable.
• Design pipelines that generate, adapt and localise creative at volume with quality checks.
• Turn performance data and audience insights into compelling concepts and briefs.
• Lead brainstorms and briefs, translating learnings into actionable briefs.
• Promote learnings across the company to improve websites, emails, app store listings and content.
