Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at Michaels, including children's birthday parties and craft classes.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct participants, including face painting and activities.
• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons per company standards.
• Assist customers with shopping, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations.
• Complete merchandise recovery, stocking, and planogram tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; perform daily SOPs.
