You will work part-time, guide participants through crafts, manage add-ons like goody bags and balloons, handle inquiries, coordinate with store teams, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while adapting plans to client feedback.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality; capable of engaging guests of all ages.
• Excellent people skills and clear communication is essential.
• Experience working with children and children's events is required.
• Good written and verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and creativity in problem solving.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once, including children's parties and craft classes.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create fun, safe and creative experiences.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in crafts and activities; lead face painting as needed.
• Facilitate add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; handle emails and calls.
• Assist with setup, breakdown and cleaning before/after events; ensure safety standards.
