Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Part-Time Party & Event Host to plan and coordinate in-store events, including kids’ birthday parties. You will engage guests, teach craft activities, and ensure a fun, safe, and smooth experience throughout the event.

Responsibilities include managing setup and teardown, promoting store services, and maintaining a fast, friendly checkout flow. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once, including kids’ parties and classes.

• Coordinate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) per standards; manage setup and breakdown.
• Answer emails/calls, communicate with clients and store team; ensure satisfaction.
