MX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Creative Director to establish visual guidelines, build scalable workflows, and ensure on-brand, customer-focused creative across MX’s initiatives.

You will lead a high-performing team and shape experiences that support revenue growth. The role requires 8+ years in creative leadership, fintech or B2B SaaS experience, and mastery of design systems and modern tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in creative leadership or similar roles.
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or regulated financial services.
• Mastery of visual communication, design systems, and multimedia production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and design leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the creative vision with brand standards and storytelling frameworks.
• Direct end-to-end creative process from concept to delivery and guide the team.
• Build scalable creative operations and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Empower teams with templates and self-serve tools to create on-brand content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Brand to ensure consistent messaging.
• Lead creative reviews, secure approvals, and evaluate outcomes for future work.
• Articulate rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders and drive revenue impact.
