MGA Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Creative Director, Marketing and Campaigns for Doll Brands in Los Angeles to lead visual storytelling and campaign execution across its doll portfolio.

You will guide integrated campaigns, manage multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with Brand, PR, Product Development, and Retail to deliver cohesive brand experiences across digital, broadcast, and retail channels.

Formación

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in creative marketing, art direction, or brand development
• At least 3 years in a creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio showing integrated campaigns and visual storytelling
• Experience in dolls, fashion, toys, or related consumer lifestyle categories
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative across channels
• Experience directing photo and video shoots and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with product, marketing, operations, and retail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Figma and social formats
• Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-moving environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated creative development from concept to execution for 360 campaigns and product launches across MGA’s doll brands
• Translate strategy into storytelling through narratives, visual direction, and brand concepts
• Direct photography and video shoots including mood boards, styling, lighting, and composition
• Collaborate with producers, photographers, stylists, and designers to deliver a cohesive brand world
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with clear direction and high craft standards
• Drive cross-team collaboration with Brand, PR, Product Development, Operations, and Retail
• Create platform-native content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, plus email, print, and e-commerce
• Oversee trade shows, retail displays, sizzle reels, influencer kits, and experiential activations
• Maintain distinct brand voice and evolve identity with fresh, culturally relevant ideas
