We're on a mission to give nutrition its color back and make a healthy lifestyle everyone can lead. Our secret? Natural supplement powders crafted from real superfoods. Enter our best seller: Super Greens, designed to bridge the nutrition gap faced by 90% of American adults who are not eating the official daily recommended dosage of greens that powers a healthy diet.

We’re looking for an Art Director who can bring our mission to life visually. If you're equal parts brand visionary with a knack for building concepts that perform in the wild, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

Own Brand & Creative Strategy: Translate brand positioning, customer insights, and our mission into stand-out creative experiences across the full marketing funnel—from paid ads and packaging to 360 video campaigns.

Get Hands-On: Concept, storyboard, direct, design, and edit static, motion, and UGC-style assets. You know when speed matters, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to knock out design work

Build and Lead a Team: Hire and mentor a strong creative team, blending in-house talent with trusted freelancers

Partner Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Product, Growth, and Retention to drive conversion, make packaging pop, and to evolve the brand experience across the customer lifecycle

Balance Art & Analytics: Test, learn, and iterate. You’re comfortable with A/B testing and optimizing creative based on what actually drives results.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve have agency and in-house experience, with a portfolio that proves your chops scaling DTC or e-commerce brands

  • You can toggle between high-level creative direction and hands-on design - and you enjoy it!

  • You bring strong creative instincts and back them up with customer research, performance metrics, and a passion for testing

  • You thrive in 0→1 environments, love fast-paced creative sprints, and have a bias for action and learning

  • You’ve led creative teams and know how to build a strong bench of freelancers

Bonus Points If:

️ Motion graphics are a piece of your portfolio

You have a deep understanding of UGC-style content and direct-response ad creative

You’ve worked with wellness or supplement brands
