Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director (Experiential) to lead Kampfire’s creative direction across branded experiences, visual storytelling, and client activations. This is a key role at the intersection of brand, design, events, and technology. You’ll define how our product and services look, feel, and resonate with audiences - both for Kampfire and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop Kampfire’s visual identity across channels and client-facing deliverables
  • Lead creative development for post-event campaigns, branded templates, and user-facing media
  • Collaborate with clients to translate brand guidelines and event themes into shareable content
  • Guide a cross-functional creative process including design, motion, copy, and AI-generated visuals
  • Oversee internal and freelance design resources to scale creative execution
  • Contribute to strategic conversations around product innovation and customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role (agency) with a focus on experiential or event marketing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, experiential work, and campaign storytelling
  • Expertise in graphic design, digital content, and brand development
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams
