• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• Proven experience in client services management is expected.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for a team of Designers, fostering a collaborative and high performing culture.
• Oversee the execution of creative design service delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, priorities, deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal stakeholders across Customer Success and Sales.
• Serve as an escalation point for AEs/CSMs, to understand client needs, identify practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track projects progress, manage KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and refine service delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
