Dynamic Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Creative Director to lead cross-functional creative teams and guide visual storytelling across digital and traditional media.

You will own campaign art direction, oversee video content production, and collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to shape visual strategies that engage target audiences. A strong leadership presence and an outstanding portfolio across digital design, motion graphics, and print are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional art or design roles with a strong portfolio including digital design, motion graphics, video content production, and print projects.
• Proficiency with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or comparable tools.
• Deep knowledge of digital design principles and techniques for multimedia content creation.
• Ability to manage art or design teams while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong art direction skills, with attention to detail, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills across marketing, content, development, and other stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing video content production from concept development through post-production.
• Ability to produce or supervise motion graphics that strengthen storytelling across media formats.
• Familiarity with print production processes to support high-quality outputs that meet technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional art and design teams to deliver creative work aligned with brand goals
• Own and manage campaign art direction, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across digital, video, motion graphics, and print
• Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visual strategies that connect with target audiences
• Direct digital design work, including graphics, layouts, and visual assets for multiple digital platforms
• Oversee video content production end-to-end, from concept through completion, while maintaining creative vision
• Produce or supervise motion graphics that support multimedia presentations and advertising materials
• Manage print production to ensure delivered materials meet brand standards
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design software and digital tools
• Build a collaborative team environment that supports creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
