Job summary

Marks is seeking a Project Manager (Creative Design) to lead cross-functional teams, plan and control scope, budgets, and timelines for client-facing design projects. You will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and profitability.

The role operates within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. Reporting to the PMO and Account Director, you will drive process improvements, manage client expectations, and ensure alignment with the Propelis

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the team and client.
• Owns all gates, risk and commercial controls to run the project they are accountable for, for best utilisation, workflows, and delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Track project performance in partnership with the PMO, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure projects align with organizational goals and governance standards.
