Ally is seeking an Ad and Content Design Manager to lead a highly creative team, translating strategy into on-brand work across channels. You will guide designers and production partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact visuals.

You’ll set direction, elevate craft, and mentor junior creatives while collaborating with copywriters and marketing to align visuals with messaging and goals. This role blends leadership with hands-on design impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design, motion design and art direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Director to interpret and execute the overarching creative vision.
• Develop visual concepts and design directions across channels.
• Provide clear, actionable creative direction to designers, copywriters, and production partners.
