Ally Financial is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to translate creative direction into high-craft design across brand, digital, print, and executive presentation work. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to uphold brand integrity, build reusable design systems, and push the envelope on typography, layout, and visual weight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, in-house or agency
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in Figma
• Exacting eye for detail, consistency, and brand integrity
• Experience applying or maintaining brand systems at scale
• Strong executive and presentation design abilities
• Photography or art-direction sensibility informs your eye
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools

Responsibilities

• Translate creative direction and brand vision into resolved, high-craft design across formats
• Execute design across brand, campaign, digital, print, and executive-level presentations
• Bring typography, layout, hierarchy, balance, and visual weight to all work
• Govern and guide design practices to keep Ally’s work cohesive
• Build reusable design assets, templates, and systems for efficiency
• Stay current on design tools and AI-assisted techniques and apply where valuable
• Collaborate with Creative Director and Art Director to ensure consistency
