Aramark is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll help bring recipes to life by cooking a variety of dishes, using fresh ingredients and standard recipes while exploring different styles. Your role supports safe food-handling practices and efficient service to guests.

You will set up stations, measure ingredients, and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers, maintaining cleanliness and safety at all times. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations (sanitation, storage).
Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
Basic math and counting skills.
Strong interpersonal communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.
Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other kitchen equipment.
Bakes, roasts, broils and steams using diverse cooking methods.
Garnishes and portions food per guidelines.
Maintains food safety and sanitization of work areas and equipment.
