Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life using fresh ingredients and diverse cooking styles. You will work in a kitchen that emphasizes health guidelines, safety procedures, and production standards while exploring creativity in a collaborative environment.

You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, set up stations, and maintain sanitation, all while delivering friendly service and adhering to Aramark safety policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and quality food production.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety regulations.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use utensils including knives.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use various cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Properly store food by following safety policies.
