Job summary

Unbridled is seeking a Creative and Content Project Manager to lead timelines, budgets, and deliverables across graphic design, animation, video, and copy. You will coordinate between makers, account leads, and clients, taking thorough notes and ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project management experience in an agency or creative setting, strong communication, and comfort juggling fast-changing priorities. Proficiency with ClickUp is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp preferred).
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced timelines and client changes.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) and file management.
• Experience tracking budgets and processing invoices.
• Knowledge of printing guidelines and production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for all content and creative work (print, motion graphics, videos, scripts, presentations).
• Determine resources needed for each project with input from team leads.
• Maintain document version control and secure file sharing.
• Oversee print deliverables from versioning to venue shipment and onsite inventory.
• Capture notes from discovery sessions and translate into actionable items.
• Lead client meetings with clear agendas and notes.
