Job summary

Netflix Animation Studios in Burbank, CA is seeking a proactive Content Coordinator for the Original Animated Features Content team. You will support creative strategy, review scripts, outlines, and story materials, and help keep development moving with executives and cross-functional partners.

You’ll manage notes, coordinate meetings, track milestones, and help onboard top talent while maintaining trackers and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of robust industry work experience in a studio, network, production company, agency, or management firm.
• Deep familiarity with feature animation workflow from story to post and production pipelines.
• Proven capability to work with top-level talent and executives.
• Strong organizational discipline and understanding of deal structures and cross-functional operations.
• Passion for Animated Features and Kids & Family Content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review scripts, outlines, bibles, storyboards and provide actionable coverage for executives.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and help prepare and finalize review documents.
• Conduct deep-dive development research on key titles and support filmmaker research trips.
• Track milestones and draft initial memos for greenlights and pivots.
• Log submissions and coordinate coverage on writing and visual development samples.
