Netflix Animation Studios in Burbank, CA is seeking a proactive Content Coordinator to support the Original Animated Features Content team. You will help coordinate development, track milestones, and provide organized notes and executive memos to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, filmmakers, and cross-functional partners, plus hands-on support for show materials, pitches, and submissions, while maintaining trackers and facilitating a smooth development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of robust industry work experience in a studio, network, production company, agency, or management firm.
• Deep familiarity with feature animation workflow (Story, Visual Development, Editorial, Post) and studio production pipelines.
• Strong organizational discipline with knowledge of Above-the-Line deal structures and cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming creative materials and provide timely, actionable coverage for executives.
• Support Lead Executive with meeting notes, agendas, and review document prep.
• Conduct deep-dive creative research on key titles during development and assist filmmaker research trips.
• Draft initial passes at pivotal show documentation (greenlight/pivot memos).
• Spearhead talent sourcing and coordinate filmmaker meetings.
• Maintain trackers, apps, and drives for efficient information sharing.
