Qualifications

• Experience in animation development and producing.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to shape concepts.
• Ability to pitch and develop series from concept to bible.

Responsibilities

• Develop original animated series from concept to outline, bible, episode development, and initial 10-episode series.
• Originate and pitch new concepts aligned with TrueShort’s mission and strategy.
• Pitch new series and development opportunities to the Chief Creative Officer.
• Evaluate pitches, scripts, concepts, and IP with clear creative recommendations.
• Identify IP that could be adapted into animated series.
• Work with writers to develop concepts, characters, worlds, and show bibles.
• Provide notes on story structure, character, pacing, and tone.
• Collaborate with design to establish visual language and style.
