TrueShort is seeking a Creative Executive focused on animation to shape and oversee a growing slate of original kids and family series in a fast-paced environment. You will own projects from concept through release, shaping ideas, evaluating pitches, and guiding writers to build show bibles.

The role requires independence, strong collaboration with production teams, and a passion for evolving AI-enabled storytelling in animation.

Qualifications

• Experience in animation development or related creative roles.
• Strong understanding of kids and family storytelling and audience engagement.
• Ability to provide actionable notes on story, pacing, and tone.

Responsibilities

• Develop original animated series from concept through bible and production.
• Pitch new concepts and evaluate external IP for development or acquisition.
• Provide clear notes on story structure, character, and pacing across scripts.
• Oversee visual direction with design teams and collaborate with writers.
