Job summary

NTT Training is seeking a highly organized Creative Administrator to support development, production, customization, and administration of training content, client deliverables, marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and professional services.

The role reports to the Business Development Manager and collaborates with Sales, Instructional Design, instructors, SMEs, and internal operations to translate priorities into deliverables while maintaining capacity and scheduling constraints.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Two or more years in creative production or marketing operations preferred.
• Experience with PowerPoint and content development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and format training materials under established standards.
• Update PowerPoint presentations and instructor materials.
• Create visuals and templates for recurring materials.
• Coordinate with SME and instructors for revisions.
