Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in creative production, marketing operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting multiple departments and managing multiple projects.
• Experience developing professional PowerPoint presentations is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM/marketing-automation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, format, edit, and produce training materials following brand standards.
• Update PowerPoint presentations, instructor materials, and participant materials.
• Translate objectives and source materials into organized instructional content.
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts to incorporate revisions.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and visual assets.
• Support marketing campaigns and content updates in D365 and related tools.
• Maintain file version control and ensure consistency across materials.
