Job summary

NTT Training seeks a Creative Administrator to manage and produce training content, client deliverables, and marketing campaigns. You will handle rapid instructional-content development, content updates, and material formatting while ensuring brand consistency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Instructional Design, instructors, and subject-matter experts to translate client needs into polished, publishable materials and campaigns. Strong PowerPoint and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, Business, Digital Media or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, format, edit, and produce training materials under content, instructional, and brand standards.
• Make rapid updates to existing course content based on client or instructor requirements.
• Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, instructor materials, participant materials, exercises, assessments, and handouts.
• Incorporate client-specific terminology, equipment, procedures, graphics, photos, and branding into training materials.
• Support development and production of new courses and learning solutions with SME input.
• Translate objectives and sources into organized instructional content and materials.
• Maintain alignment among presentations and assessments when content is revised.
• Format technical information into clear, professional materials.
• Maintain consistency across course materials and branding.
• Ensure materials follow formatting and brand standards.
• Review materials for formatting, grammar, visual consistency, completeness, and quality before release.
• Coordinate with SMEs and instructors to incorporate revisions.
• Track revisions and maintain file/version control.
• Organize and maintain course-development and production files.
• Assist with archiving and updating outdated materials.
