Job summary

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, along with standing, bending, and kneeling during shifts. 18+ and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, labeling).
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• Perform bakery clerk duties as needed.
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, prep, and sales areas.
• Rotate icings and read dates; clean work areas and decorating bags.
• Provide clear communication of guest requests to management and supervisors.
• Assist with product receiving and storage.
• Announce specials and sale information as needed.
