Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a friendly bakery clerk to provide courteous greetings and personal guest interactions while preparing and presenting bakery items with care. Responsibilities include icing, decorating, labeling, maintaining product quality, and rotating stock.

You will also uphold sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas, while assisting with front-end duties as needed. Strong communication with guests and team, ability to lift 25 lbs, and readiness to learn

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and provide friendly service.
• Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, labeling).
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• When requested, perform bakery clerk duties.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Rotate icings and read dates for freshness.
• Master cake production sheets and color mixing per chart.
• Meet budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the cake section.
