Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Market is seeking a bakery decorator to craft cake designs, decorate pastries, and ensure products are labeled, dated, and rotated correctly. You will maintain a clean, organized bakery area and assist with receiving and stocking items, while upholding safety standards and participating in Axonify training.

The role demands decorating experience, math aptitude for measurements and margins, and strong teamwork and customer communication to contribute to a positive customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
• Three years decorating experience required; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimum customer satisfaction.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with designs and icing.
• Label, date, and rotate bakery products.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the bakery area.
• Assist in receiving and stocking bakery items.
• Follow safety rules and participate in Axonify training.
