The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to food safety standards while handling multiple orders and altering priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders and gathering details for custom requests or exchanging information with colleagues.
• Experience with icing, piping, and finishing techniques for cakes and pastries.
• Consistency in design execution, labeling, and presentation aligned with order specifications.
• Effective management of multiple orders while maintaining workflow and meeting timelines.
• Understanding of how to maintain visually consistent and well‑stocked display cases.
• Ability to read and interpret order forms, tags, and production instructions.
• Comfort working with changing priorities and varying order volume.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and product handling requirements.
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting or moving product up to 45lbs occasionally.
