Job summary

You will produce production-ready assets, dielines, and artwork for manufacture, collaborate with suppliers to meet specifications, and maintain up-to-date packaging guides while juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in packaging design with a strong brand/graphic design background.
• Expert understanding of packaging components, including packaging structure, dieline creation, and preparing files for printer/vendor.
• Expert use of Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D programs is a plus.
• Strong portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design creative and functional packaging solutions for all baby apparel, accessory, and sleepwear products.
• Prepare production-ready assets, including technical files, dyelines, and artwork for manufacturing.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that packaging and trims are produced to specification.
• Ensure packaging and trims meet both aesthetic and functional standards before mass production.
• Create and maintain apparel packaging and trim production guides with the required and most up-to-date item details.
• Effectively communicate product statements and features through package design
