Job summary

You will develop digital and physical packaging, manage dielines and artwork, and collaborate with vendors to ensure production-ready files and on-brand visuals across programs. A strong portfolio in consumer packaging and a keen eye for color and detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design.
• Expert knowledge of packaging components, dieline creation, and prep for print/vendor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with 3D programs is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-execution in packaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent eye for detail and color.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging for baby apparel, accessories, and sleepwear.
• Submit digital and physical packaging to licenses/customers for approvals.
• Ensure packaging reflects design direction and brand identity.
• Prepare production-ready assets, including dielines and artwork for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure packaging is produced to spec.
• Ensure packaging meets aesthetic and functional standards before mass production.
• Create and maintain packaging and trim production guides with up-to-date item details.
• Communicate product statements and features through package design.
• Design private-label branding packaging—hangtags and header cards.
