Qualifications

• 3D design experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional packaging and trim solutions across product categories.
• Create and prepare packaging and trim submissions for review and approval.
• Ensure designs align with overall brand direction and product requirements.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and technical files for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the development process.
• Review samples and final production to ensure designs meet quality and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain accurate packaging and trim information and production documentation.
• Translate product features and brand messaging into effective packaging designs.
• Support the development of private-label packaging and branding materials.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines from concept through production.
